Conditions for using Scoutvo's Software-as-a-Service offerings.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of scoutvo.com and the software-as-a-service offerings ("Service") of Tectonix LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Tectonix", "we", "us"). By registering, subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. Last updated: June 2026.
The Service is intended for businesses (B2B) only; users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. You provide true, complete and current information at registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident.
Scoutvo provides competitive and listing analyses for Amazon marketplaces. Metrics such as sales estimates and origin classifications are solid indicators, not certainties; business decisions remain your responsibility. We do not warrant any particular commercial outcome (e.g. sales, ranking or Buy Box). Scoutvo is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Amazon; "Amazon" is a trademark of its respective owners.
Subscriptions are entered into for the period selected at checkout (monthly or yearly) and automatically renew for the same period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current period to avoid a further charge, via your account or by email. Pausing — where offered — does not cancel the subscription and does not stop automatic renewal.
Billing is in USD via our payment provider Stripe, in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan. Prices are stated plus any applicable taxes. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your stored payment method. Plans include quotas (monitored ASINs, analyses, alert rules); add-on packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Fees already paid for started periods are not refunded, except as a goodwill gesture or where mandatorily required by law. In case of payment default we may suspend access after a reasonable notice period.
A free sample analysis or trial access is non-binding; there is no legal entitlement to it. We may limit the scope, availability and duration of such offers or discontinue them.
You use the Service only within these Terms and your booked plan. The following are prohibited in particular:
White-label features may be used for your own clients within the booked plan; you remain responsible for their conduct.
The Service evaluates, among other things, publicly accessible information from Amazon and partly obtains data via specialized third-party providers (e.g. the market-data service Keepa). It may also interoperate with further third-party services (e.g. Amazon, payment and infrastructure providers). You are responsible for the terms and policies of these third parties; we make no warranty as to their availability, content or legality and are not affiliated with them.
Data you enter (e.g. ASINs, settings) remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to provide the Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated data that does not identify you to improve the Service and for market and product insights. We do not sell personal data. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
If you publish content (e.g. in public areas) or send us feedback, suggestions or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and sublicensable right to use it. We may use unsolicited ideas without compensation and without any obligation of confidentiality. You are responsible for the legality of your content; we may remove unlawful content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service within your plan. All rights in the software, report structure, user interface, content and trademarks remain with Tectonix or its licensors.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability, of fitness for a particular purpose, or of the accuracy and completeness of estimates and indicator values. Mandatory statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, Tectonix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss. Total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory law remains unaffected. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use or breach of these Terms. We are not liable for events of force majeure.
This agreement continues until terminated by either party. Upon material breach we may suspend or terminate the account with immediate effect. On termination your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (in particular payment, intellectual property, liability, indemnification and governing law) remain effective after termination.
We announce changes to these Terms by email or in the Service; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. If you object, your sole remedy is termination. We may further develop the Service and change or discontinue individual features; your sole remedy is to cancel the affected plan.
The Service is operated and controlled from the USA. You are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable at your location and with applicable export and sanctions rules, and you represent that you are not located in a sanctioned territory.
The laws of the State of Wyoming apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-law rules. Before commencing proceedings, the parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably (informal contact, reasonable period of at least 30 days). Exclusive venue lies, to the extent permitted, with the competent courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Mandatory statutory venue rules remain unaffected.
You may assign rights and obligations under this agreement only with our prior consent; Tectonix may assign them as part of a business transfer. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the respective booked plan conditions constitute the entire agreement.
