Who you are dealing with

Scoutvo is operated by Tectonix LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. The service is available worldwide and runs on US cloud infrastructure. The full terms are set out in the Terms of Service.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world’s largest payment providers. Card and bank details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers. Invoices are available as PDFs in the app.

What happens to your data — and what doesn't

• Encryption: All connections are TLS-encrypted (HTTPS).
• Data separation: Every account — and on the Agency plan every client workspace — is logically isolated. Clients only ever see their own data.
• No data sale: We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes.
• Cookies: Non-essential cookies are off by default. Traffic measurement runs on Plausible — without personal profiles.
• Your rights: Access, correction and deletion — details, including rights under CCPA/CPRA, are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Where the analysis data comes from

The market data in reports (prices, listings, sellers, reviews) comes from publicly accessible sources — primarily Amazon product pages. Sources and procedures are documented on the Methodology & data page. Your own analysis results belong to your account and are never shared with other customers.

For companies and agencies

• Team members with their own access, centrally managed
• Client workspaces with strict data separation (Agency plan)
• SSO and an SLA with a dedicated contact in the Enterprise package
• Invoicing by Tectonix LLC; for EU businesses with a VAT ID the reverse-charge mechanism usually applies
